He has represented some of South Africa’s most prominent liquidators and business rescue practitioners, and has played a central role in uncovering multimillion-rand frauds, Ponzi schemes, and complex money laundering operations. His work has led to the recovery of significant funds for the benefit of creditors — many of whom were misled or left exposed through no fault of their own.

Jeff’s approach is grounded in strategic thinking, sharp analysis, and direct communication. He thrives in high-pressure environments where business and the law intersect — advising stakeholders on how to protect their interests, recover value, and navigate complex legal and commercial risks.
