Our History
Our firm was incorporated in 2020, but our foundations are older.
The firm was established when our founder took over the business of a senior eminent attorney who had been in private practice for decades. That attorney was our founder’s direct mentor and played an important role in shaping the professional standards, discipline and client-service ethos on which the firm is built.
Our prior influences and experience helped establish a foundation of careful legal work, professional integrity, practical judgment and lasting client relationships.
We carry that legacy forward in a modern form. We are building a firm that honours the fundamentals of the profession while remaining agile, technology-enabled and focused on the needs of clients operating in an increasingly complex legal and commercial environment.
