Jeff has over a decade’s experience in commercial litigation, drafting, insolvency, business rescue and creditor recoveries.
He is known for a strategic, pragmatic approach, combining sharp legal insight with commercial acumen to achieve optimal outcomes in challenging, high-stakes matters. He has acted in high-value business rescue and liquidation disputes, including cross-border recoveries, and advised institutional creditors on strategic interventions in distressed companies.
Jeff founded the firm in 2020 on taking over the practice of a senior and eminent attorney who had been in private practice for decades — his direct mentor. He is dual-qualified and admitted to practise in both South Africa and Australia.
